Meet Justine Mora

About Justine

Our Founder and Executive Director, Justine Mora, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and has been working in ABA since 2013.  She completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology and her Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Rider University.  Having worked with children from ages 2 to 21 years old with wide-ranging needs, she understands that each child is unique and his/her plan should be as well. Justine specializes in managing severe problem behaviors like SIB, tantrums, aggression, noncompliance and elopement just to name a few. She is credentialed in Greg Hanley’s PFA/SBT (AKA “My Way” protocol) and has trained families, BCBAs and behavior technicians on how to implement PFA/SBT successfully. With a breadth of experience in numerous ABA methods as well such as Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Natural Environment Training (NET), Differential Reinforcement Schedules and others, she is prepared to meet the needs of your family.  Justine is a compassionate and dedicated BCBA working everyday to improve the lives of children affected by ASD.  In her free time, Justine loves learning new recipes and cooking, as well as spending time with her husband and two young children at the Jersey Shore.
